I've used pumpking in different ways so far. But mostly it was soups, a cake occasionally. I must say that the only way I didn't appreciate so far was pasta (ravioli or tortelloni) and risotto. A pumpkin pudding intrigued me, but kind of didn't know what to expect. Will I like it? or not? Cur [...]
